PPCS6: Black Bars / Tearing when Exporting

Good Morning All,

I have been trying to export a video that I put together in to the H.264 Youtube 1080p 29.97 Preset in Premiere Pro CS6, When I do there are frames every few seconds that have had large black bars placed across them. See image below.

tearing.jpg

I have not had this issue on previous exports of other projects, I have tried exporting this same project multiple times and the bars always appear in different frames throughout the exported file. I have also tried exporting it using the media encoder and it has the same issues.

I would appreciate any advice on solving this.

Many Thanks,

TRWCJ.

Premiere CC problem importing avi with mp3@44.1khz

I have some avi files with an MP3 audio track coded @44.1khz, 16bit stereo.
When I import these avi files into Premiere, it makes the audio track 11khz 16bit mono and obviously it can be heared some cracks and pops sometimes.
Other avi with MP3 @32khz or 48khz import well, so the problem is with 44.1khz.

What can I do to correct import those files?

Make a video appear like a time lapse?

Good Evening all,

I have been trying to find a way to make a normal video appear like a time lapse video in premiere pro cs6, I have been searching for a while now and although I can find other forum topics where someone is asking a similar question the responders have either misunderstood or have been unable to help.

Let me start by explaining what I am trying to achieve. I took a long car journey with my GoPro mounted on the dash, knowing that I would not have enough memory on the device to be able to record the whole journey I decided to timelapse it. I took a photo every 10 seconds, and imported these in to premiere pro as a timelapse showing ~8 frames per second (each frame would exist for approx. 3 frames in final render at 29.97fps) . I am happy with how this looks, however on the last leg of the journey I switched my GoPro to film as I wanted to capture some video of the area for use in another edit I am doing. Now to complete my journey time lapse edit I want to capture a frame every ten seconds of the footage and play it back at the rate of ~8 frames per second so I get the same look and feel as the rest of the time lapse.

I have been playing around with the posterize time effect and then speeding this footage back up, this does create a time lapse type look but it is not the exact one. I was wondering if someone knew a way of doing this, or could let me know if I am missing a simple trick here.

Thank you for your replies in advance.

GoPro Premiere Pro CS4 export

Hi
Sorry if this is an obvious question but i’ve struggled to find an answer anywhere.

I have some footage I shot on the GoPro Hero 3+Black. Its 1920×1080 and is 48fps shot in PAL

I did the conversion process in GoPro Studio and converted it from the original file to an avi as per the settings in GoPro Studio.

I setup my Premiere Pro CS4 project as AVCHD 1080p square pixel, 23.976fps (display format 24fps)

When I come to exporting the edit I cannot work out what to use in order to preserve the quality for use both on the TV and on vimeo. The video tends to end up with a kind of doubling up on the image in the motionblur. When editing i turn frame blend off and within Premiere Pro it all looks ok.

Thanks for help !

Liam

Tutorial: “Off The Grid” powerful text animation

Hey Guys,

My name is Tim M. Benneth and I’m a new member to the forum of Videoforums.co.uk Therefore I will start with introducing myself a bit.
I’m a Dutch VFX artist and filmmaker with a few years of experience. Since a couple of weeks now, I started working together with the post production studio "Busy Brothers".
Together with them I create motion graphics (templates), tutorials and all kinds of other stuff that I find fun to do.

Yesterday I uploaded my first tutorial wherein I explained the “Off The Grid” effect. I created this effect by myself.
“Off The Grid” is a powerful text animation wherefrom you can make your own trailer or action movie. I would really appreciate it, if you all could take a look at it and tell me what you think!

If you liked it, and hopefully you did, you can download the project file here for free: http://ift.tt/1gYddCo

I hope you like it!

Cheers,

problem with importing mp4 in premiere

Hello there,
I have some clips recorded with different cameras like Z7, X3 and…
these files are in mp4 and m2t.
I couldn’t import these files in premiere pro cs6 in windows but I can import other file formats.
Interesting thing for me is I can import mp4 files which are recorded with cannon 5D without any problem!
my questions are:
1. Is my premiere working wrong or it’s how it works?
2. Is there any way I can import these files without conversion?

thank you
spido
